Bio

Jacqueline McCarter is a native to Phoenix, Arizona and finished high school in 2002. Upon graduating, she ventured off to trade school and became a Certified Pharmacy Technician. After 16 years of working in the pharmacy field, she decided it was time to
resume her studies. Jacqueline recently graduated from Phoenix college in May of 2019. This semester will be her third participating in the S.T.E.M. program. This fall she transferred to Arizona State University West where she is studying environmental science.

Jacqueline recently moved back to Phoenix after residing in Washington State for seven years. It was during this time she acquired a different perspective and a new appreciation regarding the world we in today. Realizing that our resources are not infinite, her goal was to be a part of the solution. She has been on a journey to live greener and reduce her carbon footprint as much as she possibly can. This cognizance is guiding her academic pursuit towards global sustainability and water conservation.
